Another stage of Spring - early signs of the ornamental vine coming back to life. This is our only shade in the backyard on hot Summer days. I love it. By the end of Summer we have long Tarzan-like vines which we end up wrapping around the posts. Just looking at it now makes me visualise the warm evenings around the table outside, glowing lights, clinking of glasses, relaxed conversation.... and the mosquitoes!
